How to return an item

We will confirm eligibility within 24 hours. Most returns are approved instantly for eligible items.

Return the item
Drop off at our store (300A Old Abeokuta Road, Abule Egba) or arrange a pickup for ₦1,500 within Lagos.

Receive your refund
Once we inspect the returned item, your refund or exchange is processed within 3–5 business days.

- ✓Unopened products in original sealed packaging
- ✓Unused items in original condition
- ✓Products returned within 7 days of delivery
- ✓Items with proof of purchase (order number)
✕ Not eligible for return
- ✕Opened or used products (for hygiene reasons)
- ✕Items without original packaging
- ✕Products returned after 7 days
- ✕Personalised or custom-mixed products
- ✕Digital products or gift cards
